Ever since being introduced to Naturopathy in Sydney, Australia, many years ago, I have been swept away, mind, body and spirit, into the world of alternative medicines, and holistic healing modalities and practices.
Throughout my life the majority of my interest and curiosity has been centered around the subjects of health, sports, fitness, self-improvement, self-awareness, spirituality, and the environment.
In recent years I have become increasingly inspired and passionate about the all-encompassing art of Well-Being.
Upon a move from my beloved Los Angeles, to the beautiful aloha state of Hawaii, to join my then partner, now husband, I decided to take my passion for 'wellbeing-ness' for all, and create a business wrapped in wellness - that is Argus Holistic Health Co.
Elevating the Well-being of myself, others, and our planet, is one of the greatest loves of my life.
And, that has led me here to you.
